Advanced micro Devices provides microprocessors, Flash memory devices, and silicon-based solutions for our customers in the communications and computer industries worldwide.

Issue:
AMD needed consumer based packaging for their line of microprocessors. The use of plastic packaging was required by AMD. There were three different products to be packaged in the same clamshell.

Solution:
Working with the manufacture of the clamshell, a design was developed solving the protection issue. A graphic insert was designed that incorporated the corporate look and feel while still giving the product a sense of speed and power.
